Here is a little boot pattern I hope you'll have fun with. Santa's and elves have given me great feed back on the comfort of this little design.
- Trace 2 shoes off onto wrong side of leather or ultra suede being sure to place the pattern piece on the fold where indicated. See pattern piece for stitching guide. Take a generous 1/4" seam where you are stitching.
- Cut boots out right on the line where not stitched and leave a generous 1/4" seam allowance where seamed.
- Finger press stitched seams open and glue them down permanently.
- Using the illustration as a guide, stitch the toe closed and the heel.
- Trim away the excess.
- Turn the boot right side out with hemostats.
- Turn the upper cuff down and glue a button or buckle or do dad of your choice to the top of the boot.
